Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped 1-3 days after purchase is completed. After the order is shipped, depending on the country of origin, you receive your order in 3-7 business days (if shipped from United States) or 10-15 business days (if shipped from Dominican Republic). If you need the order sooner, please select the fastest shipping option. If any problem comes up and we need to cancel your order, customer service will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Gaia Room is not responsible for packages that are already delivered, nor the damage or theft of these. Gaia Room is also not responsible for international orders outside of US that are lost in transit.

Your shipping confirmation email will inform you of your order’s status. It may take 1-3 days for the tracking information to appear. 

Our prices do not include taxes or duties of other countries outside of United States. 

If the package has already been collected for shipping, the shipping method cannot be changed. 


Return & Exchange Policy

Only exchanges inside the United States are accepted, within 5 days of delivery. In order for the exchange to be valid, the order has to be returned to Gaia Room exactly as it was shipped, all items unused and new, with tags still attached and covering plastics in place, with the original packaging and the covering box, as well. Please allow for up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed and completed​.

Shipping fees are not credited back.

Orders outside of United States are final, they may not be returned or exchanged.

All sale and promotional orders are final.

Price adjustments cannot be made for prior purchases.

We check each product thoroughly before sending them off to their new homes, therefore we have a no return policy. If however, you feel your case should be considered, do not hesitate to contact us.
